TheDestinyGods is a site by gamers for gamers. We started boosting many years ago in WoW and officially formed the company in 2015 to broaden our reach into other games. This isn’t just a business for us, its what we love to do. We’re as passionate for games as you are and its our unique privilege to be able to help our customers get the most enjoyment out of their favorite games. Customer service and account safety is biggest priorities and we treat every account as if it were our own.

What is the process after ordering?

Once an order is placed, you will be contacted by a manager or booster with an expected starting ETA as well as an ETA for completion. You can continue to play your account until we are ready to login.

Is my account safe? Will I get banned or hacked?

We guarantee 100% account safety. We never use hacks, exploits or any time of activity that would result in a suspension or ban. We highly recommend using temporary passwords for the service or changing your password immediately upon completion for account safety. If there are any issues you suspect might be a result of service, then please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve them.

What is the ETA for service completion?

Every order varies, but we always strive to complete every order in the fastest time possible. This usually includes 1-3 days depending on the nature of the order. Some items include multiple resets or extended play times which could result in a longer time for completion, but we will always communicate with you throughout the process to ensure you always know the status of your order and that full attention is being given to your account.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If we fail to deliver our service during the stated ETA after placement of order, you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked. If you change your mind about something and want to cancel/modify your order, we are more than happy to apply the credit towards another service or offer a refund as long as service as not been started or completed.
