What is the process after ordering?

Once an order is placed, you will be contacted by a manager or booster with an expected starting ETA as well as an ETA for completion. You can continue to play your account until we are ready to login.

Some items include multiple resets or extended play times which could result in a longer time for completion, but we will always communicate with you throughout the process to ensure you always know the status of your order and that full attention is being given to your account.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If we fail to deliver our service during the stated ETA after placement of order, you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked. If you change your mind about something and want to cancel/modify your order, we are more than happy to apply the credit towards another service or offer a refund as long as service as not been started or completed.
